Whenever I’m really getting that craving for something sweet after dinner or with my herbal tea I’ve taken to whipping these Raw Cacao + Chia balls up. They literally take me no more than 5 minutes to make and are really tasty they were inspired by cacao protein balls often buy but I’m not going to go as far as saying they are that healthy but they are definitely a better option then a bar of chocolate you impulse buy in the store.

- Soy Free
- Full of Omega 3
Being a cook i just throw things together and they work although I’m going to give you basic ingredient outlines as this is not really a recipe that can be messed up easily…
1 Cup Almond Meal1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup Flaxseed Meal
1/4 Cup Gluten Free Muesli (with rice crisps, for some crunch)
1 Tbls Coconut Oil
11/2 Tbls Agave Syrup or Honey
2 Tbls Chia Seeds
Add a little more oil or agave if the mixture isn’t moist enough then roll into bite size balls. Should make around 6 balls.
One is just enough to hit that sweet tooth!
